Presto - Change -O! From saloon to billiard parlor, to clothing store, to museum, this edifice, built in 1868, has known many transformations.

Founded in 1978, the three floors of the immaculately restored 1868 structure contain artifacts and props of all the great state magicians of the 19th and 20th Centuries.

This includes escape apparatus actually used by Houdini.

There is also an archive of thousands of little-known conjurors.

It contains some half-million pieces of memorabilia, and is the only one of its kind in the world.
